The top directors of DramaTeach provide the vision and guidance that keeps the company on the leading edge of ingenuity in this industry. The idea is to keep pushing boundaries to stay ahead of the changing needs. The following short bios serve as a brief introduction to the background, experience, and expertise of DramaTeach directors.

Ben Anderson

After attaining a degree in Chemistry and working as a Nuclear Chemist for 11 years, Ben Anderson decided to follow his lifelong passion for helping people. With over 8 years of creating and directing youth programs, he dedicated his time and efforts to developing and growing the business now known as DramaTeach. His involvement has lead to DramaTeach servicing many organizations in three states currently (Texas, Arkansas, and California). Employment with Dallas County Juvenile facilities, the Dallas Advocate Program, and the Dallas Independent School District has also enabled him to gain invaluable daily hands-on experience. In addition, Ben has done public speaking engagements on his DramaTeach philosophies and technique, and other topics such as The Success Formula and Personal Development and Empowerment. He studied personal development under Tony Robbins, Zig Zeigler, and Les Brown, all well-known as leaders in the industry. Ben currently has full-time responsibility for marketing, program development, staff development, and training.

Jesse Cornelius

Jesse Cornelius holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, and is a licensed Social Worker. Following graduation, his employment has been youth-focused providing a training ground for program creation and training in conflict resolution, counseling, leadership, supervision, and group control. He has also been involved in church and recreational organizations as participant and director. He began consulting with DramaTeach in 1998, and has grown to full-time responsibility for marketing, logistics and scheduling, staff supervision, and training.
