Everyone could use some degree of preparation for applying for and maintaining a job position. This program is real-world job search experience that includes filling out applications, proper attire, and mock interviews.

Brief description of what the program entails:

• Participants practice correctly filling out job applications
• The skit reenacts an actual panel interview to illustrate the incorrect techniques and behavior of most job applicants
• The skills required to succeed in an interview are taught: grooming, posture, responses to the ten most asked interview questions, and interviewing skills
• Skills are practiced in preparation for the highlight event
• The highlight event is an actual session of mock interviews held by the trainers that every participant rotates through to gain interviewing experience
