Not everyone wants to become a leader, but everyone can enhance their leadership skills and abilities. The Leadership program explores the seventeen characteristics of a leader through skits.

Brief description of what the program entails:

• Seventeen characteristics of a leader are defined and explained through a series of skits showing the importance of that particular characteristic
• Review of the characteristics and definitions
• The group brainstorms to identify where leaders can be found (home, peers, work, school, teams, etc.)
• A demonstration of leadership is given using the "Rise to the Top" example
