The DramaTeach staff consists of both full and part time employees with varied backgrounds and training that combine for over 35 years of experience working with youth and designing programs. All programs are sufficiently staffed to provide quality service at reasonable costs. The typical staff/participant ratio in classroom/small group performances is 1/15. During a typical program, one staff member is interacting with, observing, demonstrating to, or giving instructions to participants. Both staff members cover all the participants during interactive exercises and/or performances by the participants.
